Marketing, media, and promotion: This person is responsible for public relations (PR) and social media communications. The person creates physical and virtual presence, create awareness, and promote the event.  
Stage manager: This person is responsible for setting up the website, soundchecks, and technical issues. This is the go-to person for all backstage tech questions and troubleshooting. 
Session moderator: This person moderates the panel, manage panelist time, handles transitions between speakers and summarizes the session takeaways. 
Q&A moderator: This person is responsible for monitoring the virtual site/room during the event to capture questions, answer logistical questions, and ensure the chat content is appropriate. 
Master of Ceremony (MC): This person oversees the entire event, lead, guide, and execute the event. This is the go-to person for the entire event.
